Shipment/Delivery Times

urban:kitty's orders are generally delivered within 1-2 weeks, depending on available stock. If you live in the Baton Rouge, LA area, shipping costs can be waived and a pick-up/drop-off can be arranged. Just check out as you normally would, and we will remove the shipping charges prior to processing your order. Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products. It is very important that you are completely satisfied with every urban:kitty purchase you make. However, if you are not completely satisfied, RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY (not including shipping fees).

Store credit may go to any item on the web site and is valid for 12 months after you receive the store credit. We MUST receive your returned item within 10 business days from the day you receive your item and your item must be returned with all protective bags, tags, cards, receipts, and invoices in the same condition that you received it. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
